ST Core is a class designed to fast-track a stronger, more resilient midline.
This class builds trunk strength through the abs, obliques, and spinal stabilizers while improving stability for gymnastics, barbell movements, and everyday performance. It also develops the ability to maintain strong positions under fatigue, especially when breathing gets hard.
ST Core focuses on anti-extension work, rotational stability, midline bracing, hanging and gymnastics-based movements, loaded carries, and conditioning-style core fatigue.
The goal is simple: build a core that does more than look strong. It supports better movement, stronger lifts, improved control, and greater durability inside and outside the gym.

ST Core sessions are coach-led, focused, and built around strength accessories, stability work, and controlled movement.
