Core is a focused class for building midline strength, stability, and control. It complements regular CrossFit training by spending dedicated time on trunk strength, bracing, balance, and movement quality.
Expect purposeful accessory work, coach-led instruction, and a shorter class block that fits well around CrossFit or Open Gym.
